1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Supperbird application, website, and related services. By using Supperbird, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Supperbird provides
Supperbird helps generate meal plans, recipes, estimated grocery costs, and shopping lists from preferences you provide. Features, recipe availability, estimates, and beta access may change as we improve the service. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
3. Food, allergy, and budget responsibility
Ingredient exclusions and dietary settings are convenience filters and may not identify every allergen, cross-contact risk, ingredient synonym, religious restriction, or medical concern. Check all labels and use professional advice when needed. Follow safe food-handling and cooking practices.
Prices and totals are estimates, not retailer quotes or guarantees. Actual cost, availability, taxes, package sizes, and substitutions vary by location and store. Nutrition information, if introduced, will also be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Free access and subscriptions
Supperbird may offer free functionality and optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock additional features. The exact price, billing period, included features, and any trial are shown before purchase in the App Store purchase sheet.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Unless cancelled, a subscription renews automatically under the terms shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Where available, use “Restore Purchases” to restore eligible access.
Apple processes purchases, refunds, billing disputes, and subscription administration under Apple’s policies. Supperbird does not independently charge your payment card. In addition to these Terms, use of the iOS app is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
5. Limited license and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Supperbird for lawful personal purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer where prohibited, interfere with, scrape at scale, bypass access controls, misuse subscriptions, or use Supperbird to violate law or another person’s rights.
6. Intellectual property
Supperbird’s software, design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. Your right to use the service does not transfer ownership. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.
7. Beta services and changes
TestFlight and other beta versions may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or stop working. Do not rely on a beta for critical dietary, financial, or health decisions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access when reasonably necessary.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Supperbird is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Supperbird and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost savings, food loss, allergic reactions, or decisions based on app outputs. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Supperbird during the six months before the claim or USD $25. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Termination
You may stop using Supperbird at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
11. Governing rules and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Before beginning a formal dispute, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
